　　从20xx年x月至今，进入公司工作三年多的时间里，得到了公司各位领导及同事的多方帮助，我非常感谢公司各位领导及同事。

　　在过去的三年多的时间里，我在公司里工作的很开心，感觉公司的气氛就和一个大家庭一样，大家相处的融洽和睦，同时在公司里也学会了很多东西。并在公司的过去三年里，利用公司给予良好学习时间，学习了一些新的东西来充实了自己，并增加自己的一些知识和实践经验。我对于公司三年多的照顾表示真心的感谢!!

　　在20xx年年初，公司给予了很好的机会，让我开始下项目锻炼，但由于自己缺乏项目管理等方面的经验，自己没有能很好的为公司做好工作，自己身感有愧公司三年的培养。

　　由于我个人感觉，我在过去的一段时间里的表现不能让自己感觉满意，感觉有些愧对公司这三年的照顾，自己也感觉自己在过去三年没有给公司做过点贡献，也由于自己感觉自己的能力还差的很多，在公司的各方面需求上自己能力不够。

　　所以，经过自己慎重考虑，为了自己和公司考虑，自己现向公司提出辞职，望公司给予批准。

Hello!

Since x x, 20XX, I have been working in the company for more than three years, and have received the help of all leaders and colleagues. I am very grateful to all leaders and colleagues of the company.

In the past three years, I have been working very happily in the company. I feel that the atmosphere of the company is the same as that of a big family. Everyone gets along well and learns a lot in the company. And in the past three years of the company, we have made use of the good study time given by the company, learned some new things to enrich ourselves, and increased some of our knowledge and practical experience. I sincerely thank the company for more than three years of care!!

At the beginning of 20XX, the company gave me a good opportunity to start project training, but due to my lack of experience in project management and other aspects, I didn't do a good job for the company, and I feel worthy of the company's three-year training.

Because of my personal feeling, I can't feel satisfied with my performance in the past period of time. I feel a little ashamed of taking care of the company in the past three years.
