大家好！今天我竞选的职位是“小组长”。

hello everyone! Today, I am running for the position of "team leader".

此时此刻我很激动，也很紧张。今天我在这里竞选“小组长”这个职位。一是想为老师分担任务的意愿；二是想锻炼一下我自己。

At this moment, I am very excited and nervous. Today, I am running for the position of "group leader". One is the willingness to share tasks for teachers; the other is to exercise myself.

想必大家当知道，小组长的任务就是管好小组中的4个人，批改作业。简单来说就是为老师分担一些工作。虽然这个官职很小，但我也努力去竞选这个职位。

I think you should know that the task of the group leader is to manage the four people in the group and correct the homework. It's simply to share some work with teachers. Although the office is small, I also try to run for it.

如果我竞选成功的话，我会每个周四帮老师批改作文。老师如果听写生字，我就帮老师看听写的作业。在此之间我还会随时检查他（她）们的错误更正情况，还要替他（她）们讲解错误的原因。

If I succeed in the election, I will help the teacher to correct the composition every Thursday. If the teacher dictates new words, I will help the teacher read the dictation. In the meantime, I will check his / her error correction at any time, and explain the reasons for his / her mistakes.

如果我落选了，说明我还有些不足，我将不断的纠正，争取进步，绝不气馁，下届再选。

If I lose the election, it shows that I still have some shortcomings. I will continue to correct them and strive for progress. I will not be discouraged. I will be re elected next year.

但请大家相信我，我一定会做好这个职务，让小组和班上的同学受益。
